I just got my new issue of Outside Magazine. Surprise - Bend got named as one of the top 30 towns in America. They should have pointed out that people die a lot here. Another person died on the river this past weekend.
I had a nice ride up to M. Bachelor yesterday morning before the Webcyclery team pool party and BBQ. Luckily it wasn't too hot since I got on early-ish start. Then I sat in the sun eating brownies, chips and dip, and drinking beer. Quite a good Sunday.
