I donated blood yesterday. It went less than smooth - my arm has blood underneath the skin everywhere and I assume a bruise will be along to follow shortly. I filled the bag in record time of 5 minutes 11 seconds. Booyah - I have good veins! I didn't really feel like swimming after work, so what the hell, we went to the brewery and drank instead.
Not much else to report.

Awww. Well, now we can be bruise buddies! I got three under the skin icky bruises. Good for you to give blood. Wish I could....
