I did a great big 4th of July ride yesterday..I'll get the little recap with pics up this evening. On a good note, my arm is doing well. It still hurts to rub and feels like a bruise or sore muscle when I ride though. On a sad note, Derek hurt his shoulder badly. He didn't actually DO anything to hurt it, it just feels like a pinched nerve he said. He can't do anything really, it hurts to do nothing though, and his whole right hand and arm go numb. Poor guy.
