I rode the trainer yesterday for another hour and feel good, I should be able to swim maybe tomorrow. Last night I went over to a friend's house for beading. I wasn't making anything but I got a few ideas and hey, it was fun to hang out, eat, and drink the mulled wine she had been cooking all day. SO GOOD!
